Your Schedule. Your Pace.
A multi-channel product launch introducing self-guided home tours to the Rio Grande Valley market, built around flexibility, convenience, and a more modern buyer experience.
Work With MeThe Brief, The Work, The Results
The Brief
Tour Now was created to introduce a self-guided home touring experience that allowed buyers to explore homes on their own schedule without a sales representative guiding the tour.
The campaign needed to do more than promote a new feature. It also needed to explain how the process worked, reduce hesitation around the experience, and position the service as a more flexible and modern way to explore homes.
The launch supported a broader shift toward convenience-driven customer experiences while helping the brand present itself as forward-thinking and accessible.
The Work
Campaign Messaging and Positioning
Messaging was developed around flexibility, convenience, and ease-of-use, including the campaign tagline: “Your Schedule. Your Pace.”
Blog Content Development
A launch blog introduced the self-guided tour experience, explained how the process worked, and helped buyers understand the benefits of touring on their own time.

Social content promoted the launch across participating communities while reinforcing the convenience and accessibility of the new touring experience.
Email Marketing Support
Email campaigns supported awareness and helped guide audiences through the launch by introducing the service in a clear and approachable way.
Reel Script Development
A short-form video script was written to visually explain how the self-guided tour system worked and help reduce confusion around the process.
Watch the Reel →Customer Experience Communication
The campaign focused heavily on simplifying the experience for buyers by clearly communicating how the process worked and why it created a more flexible way to tour homes.
Key Strategy
Position the self-guided tour system as both a convenience feature and a modern customer experience upgrade while keeping the communication simple, approachable, and easy to follow.

Launching a new service requires more than awareness. People also need to understand how the experience works, why it matters, and how it fits naturally into their lives.
This campaign demonstrates how clear messaging, educational content, and coordinated multi-platform communication can help audiences feel comfortable adopting a new customer experience model.
