From Sermon Content to a Finished, Launch-Ready Book.
Writing, design, typesetting, and launch campaign built as one integrated process.
Starting point: sermon content that needed to become a 90-day devotional ready for print and promotion.
Let’s Work TogetherThe Brief, The Work, The Results
The Brief
Jesus: 90 Days of Change began with existing sermon material that needed to become something a reader could move through daily over three months. That required more than organizing content into chapters. The material needed to be rewritten, shaped, and structured into a format with consistent pacing, thematic flow, and a reader experience that held together from beginning to end.
Writing, design, and launch preparation were treated as one process rather than sequential phases.
- Sermon content required full rewriting and restructuring into devotional format
- 90 daily readings needed consistent pacing, tone, and progression
- Book had to be print-ready and professionally designed, not just formatted
- Launch assets needed to be ready alongside the finished book
The Work
Writing and Editorial Development
Ninety connected daily readings written from sermon source material. Supporting prayers and declarations were written throughout to create reader participation and reflection rather than passive reading alone. The focus was cohesion from first page to last.
Book Design and Print Production
Full interior typeset and cover designed together. Layout, pacing, and visual consistency were developed as a unified system so the tone of the content and the presentation of the finished book aligned. Prepared fully for professional print production.
Launch Campaign and Video Ad
Campaign built alongside the book, not after it. Launch messaging, promotional graphics, a video advertisement, and campaign strategy were developed during the creation process so positioning and content stayed consistent from the start.
Key Strategy
The book was treated as both meaningful content and a launch-ready product from day one. Writing, design, reader experience, and campaign communication were developed together so nothing had to be retrofitted at the end.
Launch communication is more effective when it is built during the creation process, not added after.
Building the messaging alongside the book meant the promotional copy, the video ad, and the campaign visuals all drew from the same understanding of who the book was for and what it was meant to do. That consistency is harder to achieve when launch strategy is treated as a separate phase.
The Results
Deliverables produced for Jesus: 90 Days of Change.

Book projects require more than writing alone. They require structure, pacing, readability, visual communication, and launch planning working together as one coordinated system. This project combined long-form writing, editorial development, design production, and campaign preparation within a single integrated process.
If you have content that needs to become a book, a course, or a publishable resource, the process works best when everything is built together from the start.
