1,250 People. Five Years Running.
Built once. Delivered repeatedly. Still running today.
Starting point: a program that did not exist yet, and a community that needed it.
Let’s Talk StrategyThe Brief, The Work, The Results
The Brief
The goal was a structured discipleship program that could introduce people to the foundations of Christianity through live teaching, multimedia, and small group discussion. Seven weeks designed to feel engaging and interactive, not academic, giving participants a real foundation for their faith and daily life.
The brief covered everything: curriculum, workbooks, video content, presenter training, and the campaign to fill each cohort.
- Campaign needed to run across multiple launch cycles without starting over each time
The Work
Curriculum and Workbook
Seven weeks of content written from scratch. A 75-page participant workbook and a separate presenter guide were written, designed, and prepared for print. Each session built on the last so the program worked as a journey, not a series of disconnected lessons.
Video Production and Presenter Training
Scripts written and video produced for each week. Presenters were trained on delivery, facilitation, and small group engagement so the program could run consistently regardless of who was leading on a given week.
Campaign Strategy and Promotion
Multi-cycle campaign built to run repeatedly. Social media, WhatsApp, and Facebook promotion developed with testimonial content, reels, and graphic assets that could be refreshed each launch without rebuilding the strategy from scratch.
Key Strategy
The program was built around a simple idea: foundational truths land better when they are taught well, not just written down. Each class combined opening videos, testimonial teaching segments, live instruction, and small group discussion time. Participants were not sitting through a lecture. They were moving through a structured experience that gave them space to ask questions and engage with the content directly.
“This class helped me to understand the person of Jesus, and so much more. I have been equipped with the knowledge on how to cultivate my relationship with God in my daily life.”
Ruvarashe Kondanani, program participantThe marketing plan was built to match. Rather than a single launch push, the campaign was designed to run repeatedly across multiple cycles, with testimonial video ads, campaign reels, and social graphics that could be refreshed each year without rebuilding the strategy from scratch.
The Results
Program outcomes across five years of delivery.

A program that runs for five years and keeps producing completions is not just well-written content. It is a system. The curriculum, the training, the materials, and the campaign all have to work together in a way that holds up under repeated use.
This applies beyond ministry. The same approach works for workshops, leadership development programs, community education initiatives, and any course that needs to be delivered more than once with consistent results.
Much of this kind of work has been for churches and ministries building something meant to last. You can see more of it in my work with churches and ministries.
